SkyFlex offers high-precision cutting and manufacturing services for frames and components based on your unique drawings (OEM/ODM production). We work with premium carbon fibre sheet in various thicknesses and tailor our products to meet any technical requirements of your project or UAV specifications.

How do I place an order using my own drawings?

As our website platform does not support the direct upload of large engineering files, we have simplified the process of submitting technical specifications via direct communication channels as much as possible.

Please choose whichever method of file transfer is most convenient for you:

Method 1. Via WhatsApp (Fastest)

Send your drawings as a file via Telegram to: +380638725985.

Please specify the desired carbon thickness, the number of sets and your contact details for follow-up.

Method 2. By email

Send an email to: 0756870557@ukr.net.

Email subject: ‘Custom order – [Name of your company/team]’.

Attach the drawing files and a brief description of the technical specifications to the email.

Method 3. Via a file-sharing link (if there are many files)

If you have a large project with many variations:

Upload the files to Google Drive, DropMeFiles or fex.net.

Copy the link (check that read access is enabled).

Send this link to us by email or via Telegram.

Order assessment times: Complex engineering files and specifications require detailed calculation. Our design department will carry out a full assessment of the geometry, cutting layout and material costs within 1–2 working days, after which we will contact you to agree on the details.

Requirements for technical files

To ensure that the quotation and start of production proceed without delay, it is preferable to provide files in the following formats:

Main formats: .dxf, .dwg (vector drawings).

Additional formats (for visualisation): .pdf, .step, .stp.

Important: All contours in .dxf files must be closed, and the scale must be set to millimetres (1:1). If you do not have a ready-made vector file but have a sketch or a finished sample, please contact us and we will discuss the possibility of adapting it.

Terms and conditions for B2B and customers

Confidentiality (NDA): We strictly respect our partners’ intellectual property. Your unique drawings will never be disclosed to third parties and will not be used for mass-produced models for the company’s other clients.

Documents and VAT: As a resident of Diya.City and a VAT-registered business, SkyFlex provides a full set of official documents. Orders can be dispatched with zero VAT (0%) where there are valid legal grounds for doing so.

Minimum order: To be discussed on a case-by-case basis — we work with everything from single-unit test prototypes for geometry verification to large-scale production runs.

Send your technical specifications via WhatsApp or email — the SkyFlex team will create a reliable and precise foundation for your technologies!
