SkyFlex is an official VAT payer and a resident of Diya.City. All transactions are conducted exclusively within the legal framework of Ukraine. You may choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Bank transfer including VAT (20%)
The best option for legal entities and companies.
Once the order or specification has been confirmed, we will issue an invoice.
A full set of supporting documents (delivery notes, tax invoices) is provided electronically via the Vchasno or M.E.Doc systems.
2. Bank transfer with zero VAT (0%)
In accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, the supply of defence-related goods and components for UAVs may be subject to a preferential VAT rate of 0%.
We provide a full set of documents from our partner to ensure such transactions are legally processed.
To receive an invoice with 0% VAT, please provide our manager with the necessary supporting documents (requests from military units, contracts, etc.).
3. Payment to an individual entrepreneur’s bank account (IBAN)
A convenient method for individuals, engineering teams and volunteers.
Payment is made using the IBAN details via any mobile banking app or at a bank counter.
📦 Delivery methods
We understand that the speed of component delivery directly affects the pace of drone assembly, so we dispatch finished products as quickly as possible.
We work with Ukraine’s leading logistics operators to ensure fast delivery of carbon fibre sheets and finished frames:
Nova Poshta (to a branch, a post box or by courier to your address).
Collect in person (by prior arrangement from our production facility/warehouse).
⏱ Dispatch times: Fabrics and items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Production and cutting times for large production runs based on custom drawings (OEM/ODM) are agreed with the manager when placing the order.
